Public Relations—Working closely with our clients, we develop and implement custom strategic PR campaigns to meet their goals and bring maximum exposure and impact. We handle all media relations, create press materials, write and distribute press releases and pitch, pitch, pitch! In addition, we work with a number of talented photographers and video professionals to fit any budget. We’ll even take pictures ourselves—Michael’s photographs have been published in numerous publications, ranging from Wine Spectator to Nation’s Restaurant News to New York magazine. Marketing— We design, write and edit materials including marketing copy, social media content, menus, postcards, invitations and more. We consult on website content and design, reviewing and updating them periodically. Available to advise on advertising strategy, copy and layout, we can design ads as well. We develop promotions and strategic partnerships that help our clients build their business by exposing them to new groups of potential customers and keeping them fresh in the minds of their core clientele. Food and Wine Event Management—from fundraisers for a thousand guests to press conferences at the UN to restaurant promotions such as food festivals and wine dinners, we have created and managed events of varying scopes. We offer event management at every stage of planning and execution, including media promotion for events and participants, sponsorship assistance, on-site staffing and coordination, and auction, raffle item and gift bag procurement.
